Are you looking for a cooking course in Munich? Chef de Cuisine Thomas Kahl regularly invites passionate amateur chefs and anyone who aspires to become one, to a cooking course in our show kitchen. Look over the shoulders of the professionals, and learn valuable expert tips to use at home.
KITCHEN PARTY IN THE SHOW KITCHEN MUNICH
Celebrate with a private party of 10 to 20 people and enjoy the fantastic food from Vinothek by Geisel, well-known in the city, in our show kitchen in Munich. Our kitchen team prepares a selection of small but perfectly formed delicacies for you and your guests during the festivities. If you or any of your guests are particularly inspired by one of the dishes, you can get the recipes from the chef on site, or ask for the secret ingredient that makes it so delicious!
If a stand up party is too casual for you, no problem – take a seat at our elegantly set Chefs Table, for up to 14 people, and let our kitchen and service team cater to your every whim. To go with your multiple course menu (3 to 6 courses) we present you with the perfect wine accompaniment – for a top class cooking event. You can either use one of our two kitchen party packages, or we will put an individual offer together especially for you.

An exotic, modern and multicultural flair blows through our show kitchen in Munich, when we invite you to a “Lifestyle kitchen party”. You can look forward to a trendy culinary journey through the culinary centres of the world.

COOKING COURSE IN MUNICH WITH CHEF DE CUISINE THOMAS KAHL
Our show kitchen is not just suitable for kitchen parties,  – if you are looking for an excellent cooking course in Munich, we will also be pleased to welcome you to the Excelsior. Chef de cuisine Thomas Kahl welcomes up to 25 people to his cooking school, to prepare multiple course menus with you and your team. You can look forward to such fine creations as Carabinieros with avocado tartare, saddle of lamb medallions or Topfenschmarrn [scrambled curd cheese pancakes.]
After cooking the menus will naturally be tasted in a convivial gathering: up to 16 people can sit at the Chef’s Table directly in the show kitchen, otherwise you can eat in Salon Hubertus.

- FOR THE PROVISION OF THE PREMISES, SPECIALIST STAFF FOR 6 HOURS (KITCHEN AND SERVICE), EQUIPMENT (POTS, FRYING PANS, KNIVES, CROCKERY, ETC.), PREPARATION AND FINAL CLEAN UP OF THE KITCHEN, WE CHARGE AN ADDITIONAL €700.
